§ 1.08.020. Municipal infractions.

Latest version.

Violation of any provision of the Emmitsburg Town Charter or Code or of any municipal ordinance or resolution shall be a municipal infraction and may be enforced as such as provided in Maryland Code, article 23A, section 3, as amended from time to time. Nothing provided herein shall prevent or preclude the town from also making any such violation a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with Maryland law.
