§ 1.08.030. Citations—Issuance.

Upon observing the commission of a municipal infraction by an individual or individuals, the town manager, the town zoning administrator, the town resident deputy or any other person designated by the mayor may serve upon such individual or individuals a citation or a copy thereof noting the violation. The issuing officer shall file the original or copies of any such citation in the office of the town clerk.
