§ 6. Attendance of Absent Members; Expulsion of Members.*

The Board of Commissioners may compel the attendance of absent members in such manner and under such penalties as may be provided by ordinance. The Board by a vote of three of its members may expel a member from a meeting for disorderly conduct or violation of its rules; provided the Mayor also approves of such action.
